Rates are subject to change with out notice. Due to uncontrollable fuel cost increases, a fuel surcharge may be added if necessary.

Booking deposits

Your 50% deposit of the full amount of the fishing trip is required within 10 days of your booking to hold your fishing holiday in good standing.

Payments toward the trip may be made throughout the winter to ease the balance if the client wishes. The balance is due and payable 45 days prior to your arrival. We find this payment plan works well for the client and us.

Credit cards are difficult for us to process in our remote locations with limited phone access. Our payment plan lets you pay your fishing holiday off in installments throughout the year rather than digging into your pocket all at once at the end of your trip.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We realize that the need to cancel a reservation occasionally arises. Our policies are as flexible and understanding as possible.

Cancellations must be received in our office by email or in writing.
Exchanges will be dealt as follows:

Cancellations with less than 30 days notice - no refund of deposit.

Cancellations within 60 to 30 days of your arrival date are transferable to another date if one is available in the same calendar year. If you do not wish to re-book, or there is not an workable date available, your booking deposit will be forfeited.

Please be aware that before your arrival, many of the costs of your trip have already been incurred. As well, other anglers may have been turned away because you had reserved, and there were no other accommodations available.

When making travel arrangements, please give yourself plenty of time to get here. We take no responsibility for cancellations or delays with your transportation connections.

Payment

At this time we accept VISA, wire transfers, money orders, bank drafts, travelers cheques and cash.
